How long does shipping take?

What if my glass arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you on a replacement or resolution.
How do I clean a bong or water pipe?
Use warm water rinses after sessions and deep-clean regularly with isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt (or a dedicated cleaner). Rinse thoroughly and let it fully dry before use.
Can I change or cancel my order?
